The eyepencil is called 03 Addicted to Blue.
It's a nice darker blue with a metallic shine.
The pencil feels really soft on the skin and is easy to apply. It gives a lot of colour and can be blended very easily.

Unfortunately there wasn't a lot of sun wen I made this pic, but it really has a metallic shine to it.
