Hair Spray And Perfume

This NOTD was made with:

• Gosh Nail Lacquer, Ocean
• Golden Rose, Scale Effect, no. 4

The scale effect polish gives a really nice green flakes effect, but unfortunately, I didn't have any sun to photograph them.

This was the best I could do, at least you can see a bit of green on here. On all the other pics, it just seemed like the ocean polish had bumps in it.
