- How Long I've Used It: I used to use this all the time, but then forgot about it over the years. I've recently started using it again about a year ago.

- Sample, Trial, Travel Sizes?: No travel sizes that I could find- I usually just skip it while I'm on vacay. It would be cool if they made a mini one though!

- Verdict: I love my Body Brush! I use this strictly for dry brushing only (my next review will be for what I use in the shower...). I've never tried any other brands simply because I've never really seen any other brands in the store. It takes a little while to get used to... it's a little rough and scratchy at first - I'm not gonna lie, so use it lightly. Your skin will feel so much better once you get into the routine of dry brushing before every shower. I'm not quite sure how often you have to replace these- I've had this one for about 7 months and it's still in tip-top shape! I guess once you feel that it's broken-in and sort of flimsy, it's time to toss it and spring for a new one. As soon as I get a chance- I'm going to write a "How-To" post about proper dry brushing technique, how to keep your dry brush clean, and why it's important...
